Perhaps the answer will eventually be yes. Perhaps it will be no. At present, science does not know. And that uncertainty is not a failure. It is an invitation. The search continues because the question is important. The universe is too large to assume that Earth is the only place where life ever appeared. But the universe is also too large to assume that every unexplained light is a visitor. Between those two extremes lies the real scientific challenge. Remain curious. Remain sceptical. Follow the evidence. And never confuse the possibility of extraterrestrial life with proof that extraterrestrial visitors are already here.
